The use is provided without registration and without complex configurations.

We strive for the most uninterrupted availability of our services possible. However, a guarantee for constant availability cannot be provided. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance work, technical disruptions, or force majeure.

2.3 Technical Requirements

To use our services, you need a current web browser with activated JavaScript and a stable internet connection. Processing speed may vary depending on internet connection, image size, and selected AI model.

3. Usage Rights and Obligations

3.1 Permitted Use

You are entitled to use our platform for private and commercial purposes, provided this is done within the framework of legal provisions. You may upload images for which you possess the necessary rights or which are in the public domain.

3.2 Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the platform for the following purposes:

• Uploading images that violate applicable law or constitute illegal content
• Uploading images for which you do not possess the necessary usage rights
• Distribution of illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content
• Manipulation, disruption, or impairment of technical infrastructure
• Automated queries without prior written permission
• Reverse engineering or attempts to extract or reproduce the AI models

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our platform. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to the uploaded images and that they do not violate any third-party rights. Zentikatelier assumes no liability for content uploaded by users.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

4.1 Rights to Uploaded Images

You retain all rights to the original images uploaded by you. By uploading, you grant Zentikatelier only the technically necessary, non-exclusive right to use these images for the purpose of processing and stylization.

4.2 Rights to Processed Images

The stylized versions of your images generated by our AI models are available to you for free use. You may use these images for private and commercial purposes. Zentikatelier makes no claims to the results produced by our services, provided they are based on your lawfully uploaded original images.

4.3 Rights to the Platform

All rights to the Zentikatelier platform, including design, software, AI models, algorithms, texts, graphics, and other content, belong to Zentikatelier or our licensors. Use of these elements is permitted exclusively within the scope of the intended use of the platform.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we handle your data.

Uploaded images are used exclusively for processing and are automatically deleted after 24 hours, unless you explicitly request longer storage.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Quality of Results

We strive for high quality in AI-powered image stylization. However, results may vary depending on the source image, selected model, and other factors. We provide no guarantee for specific results or their suitability for a particular purpose.

6.2 Liability for Own Content

Zentikatelier is liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In case of simple negligence, Zentikatelier is only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which enables proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting party may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

6.3 Liability for External Links

Our website may contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence over their content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. A permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of legal violations, we will immediately remove such links.

Zentikatelier reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will inform you about significant changes. Continued use after changes to the Terms of Use is considered consent to the modified conditions.
